Luna de Miel
The goal of this project was to design and build raised garden boxes to grow vegetables. The existing garden was built low to the ground which made it hard to perform garden tasks such as planting, maintaining and harvesting. The difficult layout also creating poor access to the growing space and had been compacted over the years from foot traffic.
The new garden beds were built about waist high for better working access. The beds will also never be subject to compaction since they growing area is separate from the paths. The irrigation system was also upgraded to have dedicated valves for the separate boxes along with new manifolds that allow for maximum coverage and distribution uniformity.
